This morning children from KS1 and KS2 worked in teams to crack an array of maths problems and puzzles, provided by World of Maths. This event was part of a programme put together by our cluster of schools over the academic year, challenging some of the most able students in particular subject areas. The session was very hands-on and very much self led, testing skills in shape and pattern recognition, problem solving using processes of elimination and confidence with number. We have some very able children in our cluster!
