This term, families of Nursery and Reception classes at St John’s Angell Town The course aim is to have been taking part in a course help parents in discovering that they have the skills to support their children’s learning and development at their fingertips through everyday fun activities. The course has a maths focus – parents/carers have made simple games to use at home and participated in group discussion around their child’s development through play. They also visited the Southbank as a group and had a brilliant day introducing the families to many wonderful London resources, including The Royal Festival Hall, Jubilee Gardens and The Queen Elizabeth Roof Garden.
